WHAT WE OFFER

We install and deploy a meeting room and resources booking system that allows for multi-site booking of meeting rooms and other applicable resources within the organization. Rooms are grouped by building/area and shown in a side-by-side view. Staff access the system to reserve rooms for specific periods of time. The platform can be used to book any other resource within the organization, e.g., computing resources, sporting resources, etc. We install our meeting room and resources booking system for organizations in Kenya and across East Africa.
